@Hok is the IT-helpdesk of the Architecture and the Built Environment faculty of TU Delft. We can help you repair your laptop, give you technical advice or assist with installing software on your device. All help is completely free for students of TU Delft. Software application in Architecture
All employees support the following software:
- Autodesk Revit
- Autodesk AutoCAD
- Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
- McNeel Rhinoceros
All other applications may be supported by some of the employees. Each employee has their expertise. Some of the specialized applications include:
- Autodesk Maya
- McNeel Rhinoceros
- Grasshopper (inc. plugins)
- Programming
- Adobe Creative Suite: Premiere, Dreamweaver
Laptop repairs
@Hok tries to assist you in repairing laptops on your own risk. We never recommend repairing hardware if your computer still has a warranty. For TU Delft laptops we can assist you in determining if and which hardware is failing (or whether it might be a software problem), but we refer you to the support channels to have it fixed.
Basic ICT facilities
If you are having problems with ICT, we always recommend you to take a look at the manuals of this website and TU Delft. Of course, we gladly help you if you find any troubles. Our expertise lies in the following facilities:

- VPN access
- Webprint
Renderfarm
The employees monitor and manage the jobs running on the renderfarm. They may apply moderation to the queue and can assist you with submitting jobs or troubleshooting failing jobs.
Library
We have several books that are available for inspection. However, they are not available for loan.
