During the week of 25-29 of August @HOK is opened from 10:00-16:00.

Next week we will resume our normal opening times of 9:00-17:00! See you!

During the long Ascension day weekend (29 & 30 May), @Hok will be closed. Other SID – Desks at the Library, Echo and Pulse are open on thursday and friday!

We will be also be out of office online, so emails and chat messages will be answered after the weekend. If you are looking for manuals in the meantime, you can check out https://ictmanuals.tudelft.nl  or the @Hok website!

Due to an issue with the contract between Surfspot and Adobe, you may get a message that your Adobe license is almost expired. You can ignore this message. Even after the expired date, you should still be able to use the Adobe package. During the summer @Hok is closed from 8 July until 23 August. During this period non of us is available to chat with you or respond to your mails or phone calls. We are open again from 26 August.

In the first and last week of the holiday we have different opening hours:

• In the week of 1 July – 5 July we are open from 10-16
• In the week of 26 August – 30 August we are open form 10-16

What if I do need help?

Check sid.tudelft.nl for the availability of other Student IT Desks at TU campus during the summer.

The mailbox of BK students has changed location, if you want to check your mail go to Outlook.office.com ! If you have other problems you can visit us every workday from 9 till 5.

On Monday the 20th we will be closed due to the holidays. The student IT desks in the Library, Echo and Pulse will still be accessible!
